Learn what matters in real work
Most courses show you a demo that was built to go smoothly. We teach on real material under realistic conditions, and we leave the failures in, because that is where most of the learning happens.
What the name means
PACT stands for Practical Applied Concepts and Training. An atelier is a working studio, the kind of place where a craft is learned by doing it alongside someone who already can.
That is the whole approach. You work on something real, the failures and fixes stay in, and theory shows up only when a task needs it. If a lesson would not survive a normal day at an actual job, it gets cut.
Who we are
A small studio run by people who have spent years in the engine room of software used on millions of websites: support queues, product operations, remote teams, and the tools that hold it all together.
Lately that work has meant putting AI to serious use in real operations, which taught us the lesson our courses are built on. Output is cheap now. Judgment is not, and judgment only comes from doing the work.
